Hi, I’m Lindsay

As a recently diagnosed ADHD mother with two sons (one with ADHD) whose partner is a fellow ADHD-er, I understand how hectic, frustrating, and delightful living with ADHD can be. We’re never bored, though chances are someone is overstimulated. My ADHD diagnosis became an adventure toward self-acceptance and new beginnings. I found a passion for learning more about neurodivergence, finding my true self, and helping others do the same.
Our Coaching Relationship
My goals for our coaching relationship include: developing your self-awareness and self-esteem, identifying difficulties and limiting beliefs, and creating viable action plans for the resolution of difficulties and limiting beliefs.
Experience
I spent fifteen years as an educator before working toward becoming an ADHD Life Coach. I am currently completing coaching hours to earn my International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification.
